Who are ABI Case Management Ltd?
ABI Case Management is a growing, dedicated team of health professionals and case managers who support people to manage neurological conditions in line with their personal goals. We help clients to access the individual treatment and support they need to rehabilitate from acute, often life-changing brain injuries.
Working collaboratively with clients, their families, support networks, solicitors and clinicians, we carry out detailed assessments and gather evidence that feeds into a comprehensive personalised case management plan. In agreement with the client, our case managers instruct specialists, organise treatment, and manage all aspects of ongoing support within an agreed budget.
Our team are devoted to supporting clients in times of major trauma, challenge and difficulty, case managing the cognitive, emotional and behavioural impacts of injuries you cannot see.
Our mission is to help clients reclaim their lives, maximise their independence, and minimise reliance on others to create the life they desire within the realm of a brain injury.
